In this debriefing the Hushmasters discuss one of the most controversial conspiracy theories ever, Flat Earth. They discuss the history of the belief and how it translated into modern day. They get into the science of the planet and NASA.

(21:53) Alexander Gleason created the Gleason Map in 1892 where the North Pole is at the center of the map. We discuss other maps and publications that were released in the 18 and 1900s about Zetetic Astronomy. 
(28:55) Samuel Shenton is brought up. He made claims that after the launch of the Russian satellite Sputnik that it did not prove the Earth was a globe.  It is also mentioned that he was hell bent on teaching young minds that the Earth was not a globe.
(36:00) The Hushmasters bring up 4 major talking point and arguments for Flat Earth theory. The ISS is fake, there are no stars, the Earth is an egg and Google Maps fakes images.

Puff Puff Pass: A Cannabis Conspiracy

We join our Preceptors for the premiere episode of Season 3 for a smoke session in conspiracies with Marijuana.  We elevate ourselves in discussion about the plant itself and how it got its status it has today within our society.(4:05)  Mike fires up some facts about hemp.  The boys elaborate and discuss cultures that used hemp/cannabis.(7:12)  It is mentioned that there hasn't been a single recorded overdose or death associated with cannabis.(8:52)  Fronk brings the Native American cultures to light and their uses for the plant, as well as the founding fathers of the USA.  Some of them include George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.(10:14)  Mike delivers some facts about marijuana and the beginnings of cannabis and hemp prohibition.  The Preceptors also discuss the Federal  Government's scheduling of the drug, which is in the same schedule as heroin(13:45)  We ask the question; when will cannabis be legal federally and explain a little more about dispensaries.(15:09)  We talk about some of the uses of cannabis, especially medicinally.  We also talk about the taxes and revenue of the industry as well as states with legality still have people incarcerated for cannabis.(19:06)  We talk about Henry J Anslinger (head of Federal Bureau of Narcotic Drugs) and his comments about cannabis shortly after the prohibition of alcohol was lifted.  Some of these comments are absolutely absurd.(21:40)  Fronk tells us a drug story in the wild.(22:31)  Andrew Mellon, a businessman who was a principal shareholder for Dupont.  The hemp industry was threatening the lumber industry.  He appointed a family member, Anslinger, to do his work on cannabis.(27:05)  Mike introduces William Randolf Hurst, also who had high stakes in lumber, came together with Anslinger and Melon to squash hemp.  Mike also brings up the decordicator, a machine that processes hemp incredibly fast.(29:36)  Fronk talks to us about "Yellow Journalism," the OG fake news.  Hurst reported on a car accident where a marijuana cigarette was found, demonizing the plant even further.  We go further and introduce Nixon's war on drugs.(32:20)  Unfortunately, the war on drugs was fueled mainly on racism, and your Preceptors discuss(34:20)  We go into the DARE program a little bit, their changes on their view of cannabis.  We explore the term, "marijuana is a gateway drug".(37:00)  Fronk mentions some uses for medical cannabis and the boys touch on why big pharma is pushing against cannabis legalization.  We discuss in detail.(43:39)  Mike blows some facts about cannabis and its use in the USA through some smoke.(46:34)  Dave and Mike give their opinions of this topic.(49:49)  FRONKS FINAL THOUGHTSfeatured:  Reve Kalell - Independent Hip Hop Artist

Cryptid Chronicles: The Mothman

The Hush Hush Society talk about the mysteries of the Mothman with our guest, Yami of the Cryptid Chat Girl Podcast.Part 2 - The MothmanApril 19, 2021(3:53)  Mike introduces Yami to the show and she fills us in about her love and interest of The Mothman.(6:30)  We go into the background of The Mothman, where first sightings began in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.  Frankie elaborates on the first encounters.(8:27)  We bring up the question if Mothman is not a singular creature and an entire species of creatures.  Yami delves into more.(10:50)  The boys mention a possible link to another known cryptid, The Jersey Devil which isn't too far off regionally from West Virginia and how many cultures globally speak of a similar creature.(13:51)  Yami brings up the lore of how Mothman is potentially known as a harbinger of doom due to a lot of people with sightings have tragic things happen to them afterward.  One of them being the Silver Bridge collapse in 1967.(16:20)  In 1999 a Russian Ufologist claimed Mothman was sighted before the apartment bombings in Moscow.  We question why the Mothman is seen before these events.(20:30) Dave mentions that some firefighters claim that they have seen a large birds with red eyes, possibly a sandhill crane.  Yami explains.(24:10)  We talk about some hoaxes that people have created of Mothman.(26:08)  We bring up the question of why with new cell phone technology has there not been an uptick in cryptid sightings.  Dave asks a question to the group of the possibility of Mothman being interdimensional.(27:20)  Yami goes into a little more detail about how Mothman could be linked to another dimension or paranormal. Antarctic Bases Expedition

We find ourselves back yet again at the south pole of the planet, Antarctica.  We travel deep into this vast frozen land and ask questions like; 
What was Antarctica like in the remote past and was it inhabited by an ancient civilization or possibly aliens? 
Did the Hitler and the Nazi's build a secret base under the ice?  
Why is there a treaty to keep others out? What is beyond what were told?
We drill deep into the core of the mystery of what might be going on in the most inhospitable places on Earth.
(4:00)  Your Preceptors fill us in about the continent of Antarctica, its size, climate, and geography are described.  
(7:04)  Dave mentions the Russian expedition in 1820 which was supposed to be the first known humans to reach Antarctica.  Fronk brings up The Piri Reis Map 
which was made in 1513, showing it is presumed to be Antarctica.
(8:00)  We talk a little more on Antarctica's ancient past, where there were findings of a warmer climate in the past.
(10:44)  Mystery mike brings us up to speed about the Antarctic Treaty in 1959 which was signed by 12 countries.  The boys discuss what they could be doing there and why only 12?

(19:09) A Chilean newspaper ran an interview with Byrd, where he warned about invasions coming from the polar regions.  We discuss as it could be the underground world of Agartha, which was claimed where Hitler could have escaped to.
(23:44) Again...  We explore what the Germans were doing in Antarctica and some of their early expeditions in 1901/03 and 1911/12 as well as in 1938.  There are claims that the Nazi's have a subterranean base under the ice.
(27:19)  Mike and the boys get into New Swabia, which was in Queen Maud Land a territory of Norway.  We also question if there are massive voids under the ice and the oceans of the world.
(31:20) The "Pyramids" of Antarctica are brought to light and discuss if they are natural structures or made by intelligence.  We discuss what some geologists and other scientists believe what these formations are.
(36:00)  We talk about the possibility of the lost city of Atlantis and could it and its civilization have been destroyed by 'crustal displacement theory' and according to Charles Hapgood's 1958 book 'Earth's Shifting Crust',  the continent of Antarctica was in fact originally much further north than its current position. 
(39:50)  Your Preceptors talk about UFOs and how Nazi's describe supposedly successful attempts to develop advanced aircraft or spacecraft prior to and during World War II, and further assert the post-war survival of these craft in secret underground bases in Antarctica.  Mike expands the theory!

Unsinkable, Sunkable, RMS Titanic

Welcome aboard Hushlings, we travel back to 1912 on the RMS Titanic where we take a crash course into some conspiracy theories that could have caused the tragic sinking and deaths of over 1,500 people that shocked the world.
 
We blast through all the watertight doors and seek all its unsinkable mysteries...
 
Was her sister-ship Olympic, switched and disguised as Titanic, as an insurance scam?  Did J.P. Morgan want to eliminate several prominent rival bankers?  
Did fires prior to the voyage weaken the hull? Was the ship cursed and doomed from the start? Set sail with us.
 
(4:05)  Your shipmates begin with the background of what happened on the night of April, 15th 1912, the lifeboats, different classes as well as who was on board the ship.
(7:00)  Dave and Mike bring us up to speed about the first theory of the Titanic being switched with her sister ship, the Olympic after a series of accidents for insurance purposes. 
(11:13)  Dave looks through the window at the fact that Titanic and Olympic had different amounts of portholes and Fronk elaborates.
(12:55)  Rumors of the Titanic being sunk for insurance circulated through workers and the crew and most decided against working on the ship.
(16:26)  Many of the richest people that had booked tickets had cancelled their trips prior to the voyage, one being JP Morgan.  He also owned the parent company who owned the White Star Line.
(18:40)  The SS Californian is brought up.  It was an empty passenger ship that was not far from Titanic and it had over 3000 wool blankets.  It never made it to the sinking ship and was part of the blame for the loss of life.
(25:35)  Mike and the boys question if Capt. Smith knew about the possible scam and why did he go down with the ship, maybe he didn't know?  We cover both sides.
(29:13)  Fronk fills us in on how the watertight doors could have played a role in the ship splitting in two.
(30:05)  We touch on a fire that started several days before Titanic set sail and was burning throughout the maiden voyage.  Mike and Fronk elaborate on the fact that burning the coal into the furnaces caused the ship to be traveling at full speed, around 30 mph.
(34:04)  JP Morgan was trying to create the Federal Reserve, and some of the wealthy people that opposed were aboard the Titanic and perished, another reason to sink the ship.
(35:18)  Fronk goes into the theory about a passenger named William Steed who claims that he was cursed by a mummy to other passengers.  He perished as well.  Your Preceptors discuss.
(38:47)  The theory of a German U-Boat could have sunk the Titanic and only 3 years after the sinking in 1915 a U-Boat sunk the RMS Lusitania.
(40:49)  Fronk gives a few out of the box ideas that could have sunk the ship like the tides and the aurora borealis.
(42:07)  We give our final thoughts about what we all think happened to the doomed vessel.

Mind Uploading Complete

We dig deep into our minds and unlock the secrets of Mind Uploading or as some call the transfer of consciousness.  
 
Where your physical brain is scanned to create an emulation of your memories, one's self, and even full consciousness, copied into digital form, uploaded and ran on a computer. Possibly even inside an android body?

(2:03)  The boys introduce mind uploading or also known as whole brain emulation (WBE) or transfer of consciousness, and the hypothetical process of scanning a physical structure of the to create an emulation of the mental state to include memories and consciousness then copying it to a computer in a digital form, or robot.

A Journey To The Hollow Earth

This week we are going full bore into hollow earth theory. Is the Earth's interior filled with massive voids, continents, atmospheres, UFOs and even other civilizations ? 
First proposed by Edmond Halley in the 1600s and lives on today.
 
Ancient Greek, Hindu, Chinese, Celtic, Germanic and many Native American cultures describe origins of a subterranean past or underworld.  
We fly into the Symmes Hole and try to uncover the mysteries behind all the stories and legends.
 
(4:43) Dave and your wonderful Preceptors go over some basics about Hollow Earth Theory, originally proposed by Edmond Halley.  Fronk and Mike go into the Schiehallion experiment.

(40:35)  Richard Sharpe Shaver, claimed that a superior pre-historic race had built a system of caves in the Earth, known as "Deros", that live there still, using the fantastic machines abandoned by the ancient races to torment those of us living on the surface.

Here Come The Men In Black!

We are back and dressed in black, dapper in fact...  Following the supposed strange group of agents known as the Men in Black.  What is this shadowy group of figures up to,  Who are they?
With accounts of harassment, threats and even assassinations of UFO witnesses to keep them quiet about what they've seen...

(4:00)  Your Preceptors introduce the MIB and describe their appearance and behavior.
(7:22)  Fronk explains the typical events of a visit from the Men in Black.
(8:00)  Harold Dahl in 1947 claimed to have been warned to not speak about a UFO sighting after being visited by a man in a black suit in Puget Sound.
(10:01)  Two Army A2 Intel Officers flew from CA to WA and their B25 Bomber ironically crashed during the return flight of the trip.
(10:24)  Kenneth Arnold and Dahl made the account public through a variety of publications.
(13:30)  Ufologist and Demonologist  John Keele, who wrote, "The Mothman Prophecies," stated some MIB encounters are just mundane events.  He also states that UFO intelligences are not extraterrestrials but ultraterrestrials.
(16:13)  The boys discuss the connections with the paranormal and extraterrestrials.
(19:15)  Dave goes into the accounts of Albert K. Bender of Bridgeport, CT.  In 1952 he created the IFSB (International Flying Saucer Bureau).  After one year he shut down the program after he was visited by three Men in Black.
(20:55) Edgar R. Jared and Harold Fulton received visits from these dark figures as well and shut down their own UFO organizations.
(22:26)  Mike fills us in about the Journal of American Folklore’s articles in the 1980's about the MIB, including Richard Sharp Shaver writings of the species, The Deros.

(30:18)  After 9 years of silence, Bender wrote a book called, "Flying Saucers and the Three Men."  Claiming they were beings from the planet Kazik.
(31:33)  Fronk gets into some more accounts of visits from the MIB.  In 1976, Dr. Herbert Hopkins was studying a UFO encounter and had someone with no hair, pale complexion, no lips and a black suit.  He showed him a coin that disappeared, threatened him and disappeared himself.
(34:00)  In 1957 Howard Menger was visited by two men in black suits and was told to stop researching UFO's, also in 1965 Rex Heflin took photos of a UFO and was visited days later for those photos.  Years later the photos reappear in his mailbox.
(35:05)  In April 1966 in Norwalk, CT two boys saw a UFO and a man dressed in black claiming to be from the government came to the school and questioned the children.
(36:00)  Mike brings us up to speed about an encounter that was captured by CCTV in 2008 in a Hotel in Ontario, Canada.  They wore black and appeared as identical twins.
(40:00)  Your Preceptors discuss their opinions and thoughts on what or who the Men and Black are.
(44:25)  Mike gives us some older accounts of the MIB.  During the middle ages there were sightings of men silencing people for seeing, "Visions of God."  They also wore black robes.
